Removal notes: RAC will pump down the condensing units and remove them from the roof of the building. A $75 charge will be added to the winning bidders invoice for this service. Winning bidder is responsible for removing the ice heads and bin. All wires must be terminated with wire nuts. Winning bidder must bring appropriate tools and materials to completely disassemble this unit. If you are not familiar with how to do this it is recommended you contact a professional.
